Lean Cuisine Ginger Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken

Their description: Snap peas and broccoli with tender white meat chicken and whole grain rice in a ginger garlic sauce

At first glance: Wow, that's a lot of veggies! Where's the rice?

Upon closer inspection: There's a pretty good amount of chicken in here, too. I like that they used brown rice.

Taste: The brown rice soaked up most of the spicy, really yummy sauce. I can taste both the ginger and the garlic. The vegetables were cooked wonderfully so that they retained a lot of their crispness. Carrots, red peppers, broccoli (albeit not much, but with so much else, I don't mind), snap peas... Wow. Brown rice is great, too. And so filling. A keeper. Lean Cuisine, you're really outdoing yourselves now.
